Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ARISE, a mixed-reality self-improvement role-playing game for Meta Quest 3, mobile browsers and desktop browsers. By using ARISE or buying anything through it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use ARISE.
1. Who operates ARISE
ARISE is operated by Salvus Paul, trading as Zelicra ("we", "us"). Contact: support@ariseinvr.com.
Health and safety — read this before playing. ARISE asks you to move your body: to punch, squat, dodge, stretch and exercise while wearing a headset that blocks or alters your view of the room.
- Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, elderly, have a heart condition, a joint or back problem, epilepsy, a history of seizures, or any other medical condition.
- Clear your play space of people, pets, furniture, walls and low ceilings before you begin, and stay inside your headset's guardian boundary.
- Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, nausea, discomfort, disorientation or fatigue. Do not "play through" it.
- Take regular breaks. Do not use ARISE while impaired, and do not use it near stairs, glass, or anything you could fall onto.
- ARISE is a game, not medical, clinical, fitness, nutritional or psychological advice. Its quests, stats, ranks and coaching text are entertainment. Nothing in it diagnoses, treats or prevents any condition.
You use ARISE at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own physical limits and for the safety of your surroundings.
2. Accounts
ARISE is local-first: you can play the free game without an account, and your progress is stored on your own device. An optional account enables cloud save and restores purchases across devices. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country; if you are under 18, use ARISE only with a parent or guardian's consent.
3. What you can buy
- Awakened — free. A complete game: unlimited play, every arena and every rank of Gate. No time limit and no paywall on gameplay.
- Ascend — $17.99, paid once. A permanent unlock on the account or device that bought it. Not a subscription, and it does not renew.
- Shadow Monarch — $6.99 per month, recurring until you cancel.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you live, which is shown at checkout. We may change prices for future purchases and renewals; a change never applies retroactively to a one-time purchase you already own.
What is sold is access and cosmetic content. Paid tiers do not sell competitive advantage over other players.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record for the sale. Your card details are handled by Dodo Payments and its processors — we never receive or store them. Your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments' own terms.

6. Acceptable use
Please do not: reverse-engineer, tamper with or circumvent entitlement checks in order to obtain paid content without paying; resell or redistribute ARISE or its assets; automate or falsify quest completion in order to obtain rewards; attack, overload or probe our infrastructure; or use ARISE unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches this section.
7. Your content and your data
Your save data, quest history and stats are yours. We claim no ownership of them. How they are stored and what leaves your device is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Our content
ARISE, its code, art, audio, text and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Buying a tier grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use ARISE — it does not transfer ownership of anything.
ARISE is an original work. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by the rights holders of Solo Leveling, nor by Meta Platforms, Inc.
9. Availability
We aim to keep ARISE available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and online features (cloud save, leaderboards, account sync) may be modified or withdrawn. The core single-player game is designed to work offline. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature you have already bought, contact us and we will deal with it fairly, including a pro-rata refund where appropriate.
10. Disclaimers and liability
ARISE is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost data, or for injury arising from your failure to follow the health and safety guidance above. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You have statutory consumer rights that these terms do not affect.
11. Termination
You may stop using ARISE at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of section 6. If we end your access other than for a breach, we will refund the unused portion of any active subscription.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above changes when we do. Material changes affecting a live subscription will be notified before they take effect, and your continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, and the courts there have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence.
